Srinagar, Feb 20 (JKNS): On Thursday, a government school teacher was killed after being hit by a dumper in the Old Town Budgam area of Central Kashmir Budgam district.
According to JKNS, a government school teacher died after being hit by a dumper with the registration number HR55AR 5574 driven by an unidentified person. She was transported to DH Budgam Hospital, where doctors confirmed her dead, according to reports.
The victim was identified as Shaista, wife of Fayaz Ahmad Dar, a resident of Housing Colony Ompora, they added.
Cognizance of the incident has been taken, further investigation started. (JKNS)
